Mersinger Brothers is quite different from most builders. Most builders manage multiple jobs simultaneously from behind a desk. They delegate the day to day operations to a project manager or field supervisor whom intern imparts the information or direction to the crew chief, where the often times diluted directive passes on to the subordinate work force. The Mersinger Brothers adhere to an old fashioned one job/one customer hands-on philosophy. 

We commit to one customer, catering exclusively to their project. There is no supervisory trickle down. Jon, Scott and the Mersinger Brothers crew are all seasoned craftsmen and we are on site performing the work. This commitment to you starts at the design, finance and budget stages and continues through to entire building process and beyond.

Mersinger Brothers is price competitive. It may be true that larger building companies have greater purchasing leverage due to their volumes. However, they are also saddled with higher overhead costs, operate less efficiently, and are not as responsive to their customers needs.

After 30 years in the building business we know a fair price when we see one.  We know who to buy our materials from and for what price. Our goal is not to do so many homes as to maximize profits. Our goal is to build the best possible home for you, our customer.
