From our humble beginnings in 1978, Mersinger Brothers has evolved in numerous ways to keep in step with an ever changing industry. However, our company philosophy remains at the core of what we do, and our commitment to it has only strengthened. Build no more than 2 or 3 homes per year emphasizing total customer satisfaction, quality materials, and uncompromising craftsmanship and value.

Throughout the years we have identified our customers as individuals who are not satisfied with the low quality of housing available in today's new home market. They want greater expression of their individuality and more control over the materials and amenities used in the construction of their new home. They are the achievers in our society, never settling for mediocrity. They work hard, always striving for better and expect nothing less from others.

For 30 years we have catered to this type of customer. We understand their wants and needs and it is our intention to continue our commitment to fulfill them.
